Change over day is Saturday. To allow time for cleaning please arrive after 5pm and leave before 10am. Full conditions will be sent at time of enquiry inc. reductions on bookings over 1 week. We require a deposit of 30% of total cost to secure dates. You will receive bank details for payment when you book. Everything else can be done by email. If you are booking within 2 months (60 days) of your stay, we require payment in full. Cancellation: the deposit is non-returnable. If you cancel within 60 days before the start of your rental period the full rental charge must be paid. Linen and house towels are provided but guests need to provide own beach/pool towels. Welcome pack available.

The housekeeper will try to visit you the morning after your arrival to make sure everything is running smoothly. You will have a 'house book' with her number and lots of other useful info.
